5. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
a) Students are required to bring mannequin, tri-pod mannequin stand, shampoo/styling cape, shears, comb, and butterfly clips and/or model of choice
b) All other necessary course materials and supplies will be provided. Live models are not guaranteed to students. Salon and/or business owners must also have cosmetology license to work on live model. No exceptions!
There will be demonstrations and hands on experience with units, adhesives, and removers
Every participant will receive one-year ongoing technical support, certificate of completion, and free refresher within one year. $250 refresher course after one year.
INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP CLASS
McBride Hair Replacement accepts private or group classes. Group class consists of 5 or more students. Location must be a learning environment. Salons are acceptable on closed days and hours.
Student(s) are required to make all necessary flight and hotel accommodations. Travel to/from airport to hotel must be arranged in advance upon request. Travel to/from class site will be provided for student(s) within 10 mile radius. For flight info, go to www.shop.com/MHRLLC and click the “travel” tab. All class materials will be provided with the exception of mannequin, tri-pod mannequin stands, scissors, comb(s), and butterfly clips.
(In the event attendance falls under (4) students due to unforeseen circumstances, MHR LLC has the right to postpone the class to a later date OR move to webinar or clinic location)

Hotel and travel for class instructor is required at the expense of class organizer. Hotel and travel accommodations must be acceptable and approved in advance by MHR.
10% discount off tuition for class of 5 or more students.
100% tuition scholarship for class of 10 or more students (class organizer must be 11th student). All students must be paid in full for organizer to receive scholarship.
All attendees must be paid in full one month prior to scheduled date. Money orders, Cashiers Checks, Most Major Credit Cards available. The kits used in the class are special ordered and require 6 weeks of delivery. These kits consist of high definition grafts, which are the best materials on the market today. Therefore it is imperative that all students register at the proper time to ensure kit availability.
